I Tried Mushroom Coffee So You Don’t Have To (But You Might Want To)

So… What’s the Hype About Mushroom Coffee?!
Let me keep it real with you — I wasn’t out here looking to sip mushrooms for breakfast. But between chasing kids, managing all the things, and trying to take better care of my health, I kept hearing about this mushroom coffee craze and decided to see what the fuss was all about.
(RYZE Mushroom Coffee enters the chat.)
This isn’t your average coffee. It’s a blend of organic coffee, coconut milk, MCT oil, and a mix of functional mushrooms like Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, and a few others I can’t even pronounce without thinking twice. But surprisingly, it tastes smooth, not mushroom-y, and gives me a steady flow of energy without the jitters.
RYZE says it supports focus, digestion, immune health, and mood — and honestly, I’m here for all of that. I like to prep mine over ice with a splash of coconut milk, and it’s become a little morning ritual I actually look forward to.

Here’s what I’ve noticed so far:
My gut feels so much better. Within the first week, I noticed less bloat and more regularity (TMI, but we’re all grown here).
It gives me a calm energy, not the kind that sends you spiraling by noon.
I stay focused longer, especially on those mornings I’d normally be running on fumes.
Curious to know more or want to see how I make mine? Stay tuned for a full review, my go-to recipe, and whether I’ll be sticking with it long-term.
If you’re trying to cut back on traditional coffee or just want a feel-good sip to start your day — this might be your thing. Or not. But hey, it’s worth a try.
